Friday was technically not day 1 in Mexico but it was the beginning of our travels! We loaded up with Darrel and Laurie and left Arbon by 4:30p.m. We had to make a quick stop for garments in Layton and then much to the girls delight we did dinner at Taco Bell. Matt, Heather, Hanna, Justice, Trent and Haylee were all in the other car and were quickly catching up so we decided to meet up at the Krispy Kreme in Riverside. After that it was on to the SLC airport where we learned our flight was delayed but we were all still in good spirits. We flew out of SLC airport around midnight, shortly after. The girls and I did pretty well on this flight and slept thought it.
