7 Weeks Old

The puppies are now 7 weeks old!  I cannot believe how fast it has went!!!  Both puppies have been spoken for and deposits down for them.  The girl will be called Bella and the Boy Bronx.  The girls are struggling a bit with the name changes and the fact that we only have 1 more week with them.  They have gotten so much fun, they are doing great potty training and love to play now!

Believe it or not he is sleeping like that

6 Weeks Old

These fur babies have changed so much in the last week!  They're starting to thin out and get their long Dane ears!  They love being outside and are doing great at house training.  I can't believe only 2 short weeks and they will be ready to go to their new homes!

Museum of Idaho

Since I will be out of commission on Heathers actual birthday we decided to celebrate a few days early.  We took our traditional trip to the Museum of Idaho, visited Sarah's Candy Cottage and did some Old Navy and Target shopping.  I love our traditions and I love my Sissy!  This round at the museum was about Space and it had a bunch of interactive things.  There was several computer programs, one you made a ship that best fit your mission, one you loaded the ship with supplies, see how much you weigh on other planets, but of coarse the kids liked the play room the best as always lol.  I'm so grateful we get to spend so much time together and couldn't have asked for a better sister than her!  We love you Sissy!

Open Adoption

We are so blessed to have open adoptions.  Kabree's Keri and Spencer came to visit, we haven't seen them in person for 2 1/2 years so we were pretty excited to see them all!  They spent the day with them having a BBQ at our house, visiting, kids playing and then ended the night with snow cones at our favorite snow cone shake!  Can you believe they don't have shaved ice in Colorado!?!  We are so grateful for their little family and that we are all connected, we love them all so much and couldn't imagine our lives any other way!

5 weeks old

These puppies are so much fun!!!  They are starting to play with ropes and sticks.  They eat puppy food.  They have learned to poop outside (I'm pretty excited about this part lol).  They have definitely got their own personalities now, the girl is very adventurous and curious and the boy is a little scaredy cat and wants to just chill out next to someone.

4th of July

We had a great 4th of July this year.  Grandma Sally made the girls cute sun dresses, which were perfect for the heat!  We started the day off with going to the parade with Heather and her kids, Grandma Jane, Janel and Catherine and their kids.  It was SUPER hot but the kids still loved it!  After the parade we met the Snyders to watch Despicable Me 3, such a fun movie.
After a couple hours down time, we met back up with Heather and her kids for  BBQ and fireworks at their house.  We let the kids light off some smoke bombs, grow worms, sparklers and snaps.  Then we watched the city ones from Heather's yard.  It was the perfect way to end the night!
I'm so grateful for the Country I live in and the City we live in.  We are so blessed to have our freedom and to have a safe place to live.  We have amazing neighbors, schools and churches, I'm so humbled that we get to enjoy these blessing because others have made it possible through their hard work and sacrifices.
