I love how this Turkey hair bow turned out
Who knows what Keagan was doing here

We had a great Thanksgiving at Matt and Heather's with lots of yummy food and great company.  Matt and Heather hosted all their families so there was the Wards, Caspers and Davis', it was a full house but plenty of room and food for everyone.
Thanks to pinterest I have been baking and crafting away as of late.  This is my most recent crafts the girls hair bows and Kabree's shirt.  I loved the hair bows and even had requests to make some turkey ones for others.  The shirt was easy to make but the sewing it on was a beast.  Not that I would know because I had Whitney's wedding stuff going on so Heather so nicely did it for me, apparently it needs to be fabric glue not hot glue : ), lesson learned for next time and she got it to work in the end and I think it looked cute.  But all that matters is that Kab loved it so mission accomplished.

Look Who's Crawling

The Sunday after Whitney's wedding Troy and Cayleb worked with Keagan for an hour trying to get her to crawl, she would rock on her hands and knees and then hurry and plop back down on her bum laughing.  But Wednesday while Heather and I took a break from baking the pies for Thanksgiving we got her to crawl!  She would laugh and stick her tongue out as you can see in the pics!  Watch out world here comes a mobile Keagan : ).  We can't believe how fast time is flying!  Keagan is so much fun and we love her to pieces!

I had a fun filled day with lots of birthday wishes.  I woke up to my beautiful girls giving me loves and wishing me a Happy Birthday, then it was on to Sally's raspberry twists for breakfast.  Heather brought the kids over for a visit and then a lunch at KFC then it was home to get Hanna.  Zach sent me to my room and sentenced me to searching pinterest : ).  I heard lots of yelling and laughing coming from the other room so you can imagine my anticipation.  Zach brought me into the living room with the lights off and I walked into a surprise birthday party in the kitchen.  Streamers, party hats, blowers and a pinata.  Kabree for the last week has been telling me she has a Birthday surprise for me!  Zach said she was so excited picking everything out and she would have bought Wal-Mart out of party supplies. She was so excited when I walked in smiling, laughing and showing me everything.  We then moved on to the pinata fun, even Keagan took a turn.  Of coarse we had to fight for the candy :).  We then enjoyed some banana cake (my favorite) that Heather had brought for me.
Then on to Kabree giving me a pedicure.  She was very serious while doing it and very excited while painting them.  She was very proud of the pink finger nail polish and her finished product : ).  Then we had a fun visit from Sky and Megan which Keagan loved playing with the balloon with uncle Sky and having Megan talk to her.  Gary and Sally stopped by and brought an ice cream cake which was super yummy and fun.
I ended the night with one last squeeze hug from my girls and one last birthday love, then some Grey's Anatomy with Zach.  I would say it was a pretty great day and I owe most of it to my sweet little Kabree who has been so excited to throw me a party all week, even if she kept calling it "her" party.  Love you Miss Kabree and thank you for making it a great day!  And of coarse Zach, Heather and Sally.

Keagan's 7 Month's

Wow has time flown by fast this last month.  Keagan is the big 7 months today and getting so big!  She still gets so many complements on her beautiful complexion and her tons of dark hair.  She is pretty good about piggies and hair bows but no way will she allow head bands, the second  you put them on her she is yanking them right off : ).  Keagan loves to sit up and play and even scoots on her bum to get around the room.  No crawling or teeth yet but they don't seem too far off.  Kegan loves her rice baby cereal and vegetables, fruit not so much right now but she does loves taste of Mommy and Daddy's food.  Keagan is very much a morning person and that's when she is the happiest, she laughs, coo's and jumps around all over the place.  Keagan is a very happy girl and likes most people but she definitely LOVES her big sister Kabree.  Keagan lights up the second she see's Kabree and starts kicking and squealing.  We still aren't sleeping at night, she goes to bed at 8 pm wakes up 3 times to eat and is up for the day between 6-6:30, that darn time change kind of messed us up.  Keagan is a very curious little girl and is wanting to touch and see everything!  It is so much fun to experience things for the first time through Keagan's eyes.  She is so much fun and we love her tons!!

Sally, Kabree, Gary and Keagan

First off lets start with the fact that yes Kabree did have two costumes Strawberry Shortcake and a Snowflake Fairy.  She was a pill and changed her mind 100 times this year and 3 days before Halloween her Daddy told her Mommy would make her a Snowflake Fairy costume aaaaahhhh.  However, come Halloween she wanted to be Strawberry Shortcake again lol, silly girl.  She was so excited to have pink hair she kept running in the bedroom looking in the mirror and yelling back "It's still pink!!!!"  Keagan LOVED her costume, she got so excited kicking her feet and grabbing at the ribbons and tulle.  She wanted to eat it lol.
We stated off the night Trick-or-Treating in our neighborhood with Heather, Hanna and Justice, Jane and Cathrine brought Asia to join us too.  The girls ran to every single house and never got tired, Justice rode in the stroller and only got out at like 3 houses lol as for Keagan she loved it and didn't fall asleep until the very end.  After that we headed over to Gary and Sally's for Kabree to do some more Trick-or-Treating with Grandpa.  Needless to say Kabree got a LOT of candy and had tons of fun.
