Happy Birthday Kabree

I cannot believe our spunky girl is 9!  Kabree has had a few days of birthday celebrating.  She got to take dirt cups to school on Friday, have her friend birthday party Saturday and then her actual birthday Sunday.  She has been excited for her birthday, maybe not as much as Keagan .  After a long day of soccer and partying Kabree just wanted to sleep in for her birthday but Keagan couldn't wait any longer and woke her up at 7:30.
Kabree was a great sport about it as always.  She was pretty excited to get her monkey fingerling she has been wanting.  We had a nice quite morning before church and Kabree was able to play with and put together her things from her friends party. She was excited to go to church to get her birthday gift from primary and especially her chocolate bar from the bishop.  After church we had Kabree's pick for dinner, Alfredo.  A little later Heather and Hanna joined us for cake and ice cream.  Kabree loved that Grandma Jane made her a Liv and Maddie cake (her current favorite TV show) and the best part was that it was chocolate Kabrees favorite
We sure love this cute girl and are so glad we got to celebrate her!  She has grown up so much in the last year and I don't know what I would do with out my helper!  We love you Kabs!

Friend Birthday Party

Keagan has been inviting everyone she knows to her birthday party for the last 2 months, everyone in her class at Chubbuck and everyone at daycare.  She even told them where it was at lol.  She just forgot to inform her parents ;).  We sat down and had a family meeting and discussed what the girls would have to give up if we did a big friend party and then let them make the choice.  We decided on a joint party, rented Randys Tumbling and let the girls each invite their whole class plus 5 extras.  Holy smokes was it fun!  So nice to have the whole place to ourselves, to not have to decorate, clean or anything, just show up and have fun!  The kids had a blast and we had a GREAT turn out!!  So much fun!  Don't be fooled by the group picture, some of those silly kiddos were hiding down in the pit under the foam lol.  I loved watching the girls have so much fun with their friends!  All the kids were so great to play together, get along and follow the rules.  It was an awesome group and not one bad thing to say about the whole thing. Zach even got to show off his tumbling skills, make sure to look closely in the background in a few of the pics for his trampoline skills ; ).  A big thank you to Heather for helping pass out ice cream and cupcakes and keeping track of what gifts were for who.  I just have to say how much I love working at my kids school and knowing all of their friends and classmates and them know me.  I seriously love all of these kids!

Happy Birthday Keagan

I can't believe this firecracker is 6! Holy smokes was she excited, we're talking ecstatic, over the moon excited for the last week!! She was so excited she didn't got to bed until....well truthfully we don't know because we gave up fighting her and went to bed ourselves, but when I got up at 1 a.m. she was wide awake, sitting up in her bed!  Then she would come in about every 30 minutes to see if it was still too early to be up!  Finally at 6:45 she yelled "Mom, its 6,4,5 (that's how she tells time lol) I'm going to pretend to be asleep and I'm going to pretend to wake up and you are going to yell Happy Birthday Keagan, ok!" She ran/talked nonstop the entire day after that!!!
Keagan was very excited to see she got a unicorn fingerling and glasses from Kabree.  At Mother Goose she got a Birthday crown and got to take raspberry filled donuts to share with her friends.  She enjoyed a lunch of her favorite pizza lunchable and then tried facetiming or calling anyone who would answer. After Kabree got home we went to Grandma Jane's where she got her amazing unicorn cake and her present from Grandma Jane.....a unicorn head!!!  Keagan pretty much thought that was the best thing ever!  We then got a surprise visit from uncle Shawn who joined us for spaghetti and meatballs.   Heather and Justice dropped in to give the girls a gift and join us for cake!  Heather gave the girls their own containers of gummy candies and lunchables!!!
We sure love this spitfire and are so glad we got to celebrate her!  She definitely brings life to the party, keeps us on our toes and reminds us what it was like to be excited for things!  We love you Kiki!
