Kabree and Justice had their preschool program today.  They both love their teacher Ms. Shelley and have had fun making new friends.  They both did so good singing their songs and doing their actions.  We are so proud of both of them and the smart little kiddos they are.  They were asked to stand up say their names and say what they want to be when they grow up, Kabree wants to be a Princess and Justice wants to be a dog!  How how I love these two!

 Playing with the giant Legos

Of coarse our toes had to be festive for the Zoo : )

We took a trip down to Utah with Zach's family last weekend.  Gary and Sally treated us all to a night in a hotel and a day at Hogle Zoo.  Zach, the girls and I took our time making it to Salt Lake, shopping and letting the girls play at the Layton mall play area.  We met up with everyone else for dinner and some more shopping and then on to the hotel.  Our girls crashed before we pulled into the parking lot so we went right to bed.  Saturday was Hogle Zoo day.  Kabree has been looking forward to this for weeks!  It was raining but everyone came prepared so we were still good to go.  I think the girls had just as much fun with their umbrellas as they did seeing the animals!  By the end the sun came out and the girls were able to play a bit.  They all loved the giraffes and Keagan desperately wanted to pet one, she kept reaching and jabbering to them.  Grandpa Gary and Grandma Sally got the girls all a carousel ride, which they all loved and had been asking for the whole day.  Keagan was spent after that and was out cold so we let Kabree play in the Lego area for a bit before loading back into the cars.  We ended our trip with dinner at Leatherbee's Family Creamery, which was very yummy food.  It was a fun weekend and great to spend time with family!

Mother's Day

My Mother's Day gifts

Notice the "You're in my thoughts" card : ), Kabree picked this very nice card out all by herself, I do have to wonder if some days I don't deserve a sympathy card on Mother's Day lol.  She was also very proud to show me how she got two toys for us to play together with, which by the way are a nightmare because poor Keagan doesn't understand why she too cannot play withe the tiny little things.   I did love however that I was thought of and the reminder of the blessing that Motherhood is.
I always wanted to be a Mom more then anything and was devastated when I realized that dream might never become a reality.  Words could never truly express the joy having my girls come into my lives and make me a Mother really was and is.  Sometimes when I look at them I cannot help but shed a tear or two of gratitude that I get to be their Mother and that they are more beautiful and perfect than I ever imagined they would be!  I love you Miss Kabree Lee and Keagan Ann!

Well it's that time of year again to brand cows.  Zach enjoys helping brand and where we don't know exactly where our lives will take us next year he wanted to get as much branding in as he could this year.  Kabree of coarse just enjoys sitting on the fence watching and spending time with friends and family.  Zach stayed and worked the whole time but the girls, Justice, Mason and I headed back to the house to enjoy some sunshine and Grandpa and Grandma's huge green lawn.  Libby, Shay and Bailey all joined me and helped out with the kiddos.  We just might have bought some popsicles from the Swan man too!  We are so lucky to have such good teenagers in our family who are always willing to help out with the little kids.  It was great to get out and enjoy the sunshine and family.
