Fun In The Snow

 Kabree all bundled up

 Kabree's 1st snowmobile ride

Kabree and Zach

The last day we spent with my parents we took Kabree out to play in the snow.  My nephews let Zach borrow their sleds for a little bit to give Kabree a ride.  She thought it was pretty neat.

 Heading to the hill
Zach gave Kab a lift up the hill
 We tried climbing one round,
but it was a bit much for a 20 month old
 Ready to go down
She loved it, I missed the big grin
Kooper going down on the good
old Ski Doo sled I had when I was a kid

Mattie flew down on her sled
Morgan wanted to try to pull Kabree
Ethan getting ready to go for a ride
Mattie and Kabree

Kabree loved playing in the snow and her cousins made it even better.  Morgan and Mattie kept fighting over who could go down the hill with her and who could pull her around.  Kabree was in heaven.  Larin and Zach took a couple wild rides down the hill themselves but I videoed instead of took pictures of them.  I don't know how to post video or I would because they were too funny.  They tried snow boarding down too, I swear by the sound they both broke their tail bones.  We had a lot of fun and I'm so glad after the crappy week Kabree had with being sick we got to still have some fun with her cousins.

Toilet Paper

While we were visiting my parents Little Miss Kabree got into a little mischief.  She has a fascination with grabbing the toilet paper and running with it, thus unrolling the whole roll sometimes.  She was very sorry when Grandpa and Grandma saw it and tried her very best to help Grandpa roll it back up.

Our Sick Little Girl

I just want to be sure to post how grateful I am for my family and for the priesthood.  Little Miss Kabree was VERY sick last week.  We went out to my parents last Sunday to spend the week, Monday Kab was acting very fussy, I didn't think much about it until about 4 p.m. when she started throwing up every 20 minutes.  She was sick through the night.  Which I have to say I have the best parents ever, they helped me wash clothes, clean up Kab and clean up pretty much the whole house by the end of the night.  Tuesday morning my brothers came to my parents house to give her and my Dad a blessing (he got kicked by a horse and he too was sick, as well as my Mom).  My sick parents took us into the doctor to get Kabree looked at.  We were able to get Kabree medicine and head back home.
My parents were so great this week.  They helped me so much, not just with cleaning up but they even though they were sick took turns with me watching Kabree when I got sick too.  Our week did not turn out at all as we had planned but I'm so grateful I had not only my parents help but my brothers as well.  They would come in and love on Kab and were very willing to give blessings when ever I asked.
I'm so grateful for the amazing family I have, they are all helpful, loving and I'm grateful for brothers who have and honor the priesthood so that when Zach is not there I can still have its power and comfort.

Roller Skating

 Kabree and Justice

We went Roller skating yesterday with Heather and her kids.  Zach and I were a little less graceful then we thought we were.  Neither of us have been roller skating in ages so we were a little awkward.  Kabree had so much fun, she loved watching everyone from the stroller.  Hanna was so funny, she had a little bit of a hard time staying up and when her and I would skate together it was a bad combination.  I think I tried to take her down as much as she did me.  They had a big toy for the kids to crawl around on in the back room and that by far was Kabree's favorite part.  Her and Justice could have played in it for hours.

Baby Paisley

 Megan, Skylar and Paisley
Skylar and Megan had their baby on the 20th.  She is a beautiful little girl with dark hair just like her mommy.  We are so excited for Sky and Meg and very excited to have Pasisley here.

Our Latest Fascination

Kabree's latest fascination is hats she thinks she needs to wear them everywhere all the time.  In fact most mornings she wakes up saying "hat, hat".  I'm dieing as you can imagine because we don't have much hair and of coarse our hat doesn't always match our outfit.  You should see the major melt downs when she doesn't get to wear her hat.  She cries for her "bampa" grabs my cell phone and runs down the hall crying "bampa, bampa, mom, no hat".  She doesn't care if it's her beanie hat or her ball cap just a hat and she has to put them on herself.  As you can see from the pics with the ball cap, she likes to wear them down so low she can barley see anything, silly little girl.

Candy, always a hit with Little Miss

That's not funny!
Daddy got us both new hats
Mom showing off her Christmas
We had a GREAT Christmas this year!  We got to spend lots of time with both families and Kabree was so much FUN!  Little Miss didn't wake up until 8:30 Christmas morning and that was after she heard Santa's bells in the living room.  It took her a few minutes of hiding and Grandpa Vance coaxing to get her to go into the leaving room to see what Santa brought.  Kabree was very happy with the baby doll Santa brought and that's all she wanted to do is show it to Grandma and Grandpa, forget about opening any more.  With more coaxing and help from Dad and Mom we got the other gifts unwrapped : )!  Kabree loved her necklace and of coarse her books she got, she got a Backyardigans book and that was for sure the "end" of unwrapping gifts she sat in the chair with her book and wanted to watch Backyardigans.

Kabree has a new fascination with hats and so as you can imagine she was very upset when Grandpa tried to borrow hers for a bit.

We stayed the night at my parents this year so we got to enjoy breakfast with my brothers Larin, Shawn and all their kids.  All the guys chipped in and made a super yummy breakfast this year and then we all just hung out the whole day.  The kids had fun playing with all their new toys, Kabree got a tent from both Grandmas and LOVES them!  She thought it was fun to hide in it and try to shut everyone else out, little pill : ).  We had a fun Christmas and were so glad to get to spend it with our families.
