Today at 9:51 a.m. Keagan officially became a member of our family through state of Idaho's eyes.  It feels great to know that she is all ours now.  Court went great and most of our immediate families were able to come and support us a few had to work but we were grateful for those who were able to be there.  We have so much gratitude to all the people who made our adoption possible, Judge Kress, our lawyer Norman, our case worker Chad and of coarse Keagan's brithparents.  We love you Miss Keagan and are so happy you are officially part of our family.

Kabree Our Little Helper

Mashing the bananas for our bread
Adding the eggs, this part was a little scary but she did great
 Greasing the pans
 Making Kool-Aid our favorite
Making sure it tastes just right
 Helping Heather plant flowers

Kabree loves to help with just about anything but especially things in the kitchen and outside.  I have been trying to let her help more lately and she feels like pretty big stuff.  She was so proud of our banana bread she told Zach that she made it about 20 times.  We love Kool-Aid in our family so Kabree always asks to make it so I decided I better document it ; ).
Sunday when I got  home from church there was a knock on my door, it was Heather.  She said that she had got to many flowers so she decided to bring her extras to me.  I thought that was pretty sweet but then she proceeded to get down and start planting them!  Is that not the nicest most generous thing ever?  I cannot even tell you how much that made my day and how much it meant to me.  I loath yard work and was stressed over buying flowers this year due to all of our employment changes and our family growing, so I was a doubly grateful for her service.  Seriously that might be the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me.
I know I have said it a thousand times but I'm so grateful for family, in the last 2 months we have been blessed so much through our families.  We have never had to ask for a thing they have all just volunteered or offered their help and generosity.  Thank you all for being in tune enough to the spirit to answer our prayers we could never do it without you, we love you guys!

The sun made Keagan sleepy : )
This sign made me smile : )
Zach and I took the kiddos to a new park in our town and invited Skylar ad Megan to meet us there.  It was the coolest, craziest park I have every been too.  The toys were amazing and the kids had a blast but two buses for kids got dropped off right as we got there and in that large of a park, with that many toys, with that many kids, let's just say someone got lost : (, but everyone made it out ok and home safely.  I think we were only a little traumatized by the experience.  We did enjoy our picnic, I think Paisley enjoyed it the most though.
 Paedyn and Kabree
Kabree's Keri came to town this past week for a family wedding so she stopped by for a quick visit.  It's always great to see them and Kabree was very excited to give Keri the Mother's Day gift she picked out for her along with the card.  Kabree picked out cupcake socks and a My Little Pony birthday card : ).
 Lynden, Hanna, Justice and Kabree

Now that it's warm out Kabree wants to spend every minute out on the tramp.  Lucky for her she has lots of cousins willing to jump with her.  This day Zach and I had to make a quick, last minute run to the lawyer and were lucky enough that Kira was willing and able to come watch the kids while we made the mad dash.

Feeding The Geese

Keagan won't stop pulling her own hair
Kabree was excited to go for a walk and feed the geese
 Feeding the geese

Kabree's fan club followed us
Kabree wanted to pet the squirrel, but he had other plans

 They surrounded us
 Getting a little too close
 Getting WAY to close!
Just a few more weeks & we will be going there to have our Keagan sealed to us

Zach and I decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary by taking the girls to Idaho Falls for a walk around the green way.  We took a loaf of bread to feed the geese and man did that make us popular.  They quickly realized what we were doing and soon we had a whole flock of them surrounding us.  Kabree still thought they were pretty neat until one hissed at her and when she yelled at it, it didn't back down.  Then they followed us on our walk and Kabree really didn't know if she liked that either.  Before we left we fed them a bit more and they were even braver the second time around.  They would almost take the bread out of your hand.  One lunged at Kabree's hand to get the bread, it scared her so bad, she screamed and well let's just say we had to go change clothes.  I felt so bad for her but I was laughing so hard I about had an accident, the worse part was they followed us to the car and I swear they were going to get in the car as we were shutting the doors.  On the way home we asked Kabree if she had fun and she said she had fun and liked feeding the geese, so I guess it didn't traumatize her too bad.
Keagan before we left was laying on the bed while we got ready and was fine and then all the sudden screamed bloody murder, we ran in the bedroom to see her pulling her hair so hard I thought her little scalp would have damage.  I got her hand to let go and about 2 minutes later she did it again.  Kabree kept telling her "Keagers stop pulling your hair, Keagers stop".  I guess having all that hair has it's disadvantages too.  She did coo for the first time Monday morning.  Kabree and I were pretty excited to be the ones to witness it.
I won't lie the last 7 years have had a lot of ups and downs, twists and turns but being with my little family and seeing my two girls it's been worth every minute of it.  I couldn't love 3 people more than I do Zach, Kabree and Keagan.

Ended the night with Grandpa snuggles

My family branded their cows this weekend so we headed out for Zach to help.  Kabree loves seeing her cousins and just being in Arbon with all it has to offer.  Her and Justice rode Cactus and Captain Jack for a bit (two of Kabree's favorite horses, of coarse, Pal is still number 1).  Grandpa took them out into the pasture when we got back and let Kabree ride Chex, she might have found a 2nd love.  My Dad said she leaned down, wrapped her arms around his neck and kept telling him she loved him so much : ).  Just wait until she meets Uno, he is the most lovably of all the studs.
I was visiting with my aunt Lauries for a bit and Heather said she would go down to the sand pile and watch Kabree for me, well when I headed down and turned the corner Darrel says "You don't want to see this" Heather "Ya, just go back up to the house", I walk over to see Kabree covered from head to toe in mud smiling and laughing.  It was the funnest thing ever and so cute to watch them having so much fun digging holes and filling them with water.  Morgan, the dare devil discovered to swing from the horse walker into the mud.  Kabree was loving copying and following Hanna's every move.  Seriously pictures cannot even do it justice, it was a huge mess but they were all having so much fun!  They played in the mud for 2 hours until we finally made them go back to the house to clean up.  After getting all cleaned up Grandpa and Shawn took turns loving on the girls until bed time.  Zach of coarse had to treat us to an amazing dinner, of cowboy beans and grilled chicken, I'm so lucky to have a husband who can cook : ).  It was a fun weekend and the girls had fun and got lots of love.
