East Idaho Aquarium

ICCU gave us tickets to the East Idaho Aquarium so we decided that Christmas Break was the perfect time to use them.  Poor Heather got food poisoning so we asked if we could still Libby, Hanna and Justice for the day to join us.  We headed to Idaho Falls for some Chick-fil-A and then over to the Aquarium. It was pretty fun, they are just barely open so they are still working on several of their exhibits, I won't lie I was not at all disappointed that they didn't have their bird exhibit open yet!  We did get to pet the sting rays and sharks (one of my favorite things).  We got to feed lots of fish, feed and pet the lizards and turtles and got to dig for treasure.

Christmas Day

Christmas morning we were surprised to have Kabree be the first one up, she was up and ready to go by 6:15 (she is usually our sleeper inner).  Nothing is better than the joy of watching your kids on Christmas morning!  The joy, the magic, their smiles, I love all of it!  I felt pretty crappy so luckily they have an awesome Dad, Grandpa and Grandma who gave them great excitement and helped them open everything!  We all got spoiled and loved everything we got!  After gifts we enjoyed our Christmas breakfast a quick hello, Merry Christmas and good bye with cousins before heading home.  This Mommy got sicker as the day went on and just wanted to be home in my own bed.  Once home we had a nice quite Christmas day with the girls enjoying all of their new things and movies on the couch.

Christmas Eve

Well we started our Christmas Eve off with trying to get a family photo before heading to church but as you can see....better luck next year lol.  Kabree and Zach both sang in the Ward choir so it was fun to hear them and all the songs they have been working on the last several weeks.  We got a fun surprise of Uncle Troy after sacrament meeting.  Jeff and Whitney and whole crew came home early from snowmobiling so they all came to our Ward but Keagan and I didn't see them until after.  It was so fun to see them for a quick minute before heading to Arbon.
Holli and Shay invited everyone to a beautiful Christmas Eve dinner at Shawn's.  It was so nice to have someone else plan and host.  This crud has kicked my butt the last 2 months and honestly such a weight lifted!  Everything was so yummy and Zach and I showed up just in time to set our salads on and sit down to eat.  Holli and Shay baked the night away Saturday night and made loads of sugar cookies for everyone to decorate after dinner.  The girls both had fun but Keagan and Kendyl LOVED it!  Lets just say Holli no longer has orange or blue sprinkles ; ).
After all the fun at Shawn's we headed back to Grandpa and Grandma's for a few Christmas games, our Christmas jammies and our traditional story of the Nativity and singing.  We made it an early night due to Grandpa and this Mommy not feeling good.

I love how much these girls love each other

Early Christmas

We lucked out and Grandpa Gary and Grandma Sally were able to come visit us again before Christmas!  We had Papa Murphys Pizza and they spoiled us with gifts!  The girls were so excited to get their Garmins; they have been wanting them for over a year!  They also got new pillow cases (seriously they are so lucky to have such a talented Grandma) and hatchimals!  We have loved seeing Grandpa and Grandma the last couple weeks!
