We got "Egged"!

    We got "Egged"!  When Zach went to throw a dirty diaper out we found a surprise in our front yard!  Someone left the girls stuffed animals and an Easter egg hunt outside!  The girls were so excited and thought it was the best thing ever!  We feel so loved that someone did this for us, we had so much fun and it made the girls day!

    The Easter Bunny found our house!  The girls were excited to head to the living room to see if the Bunny stopped by!  They had fun finding eggs again and were super excited to see that the Easter Bunny filled them with Fruit Loops!  The Bunny also left them Nerf guns with extra bullets and a new Barbie movie!  Even though we weren't exactly feeling a 100% this year we still had a very fun Easter Morning.  Do to the flu we didn't attend church but Zach  read to us about the true meaning of Easter and then we watched a movie about Christs life and Resurrection.  Even though we weren't able to attend Easter services we still felt the spirit and are grateful for the sacrifice and love that Christ showed to us.

    We have had a bit of a wild and crazy week with 2 birthdays, 2 Easter parties and the flu, so we got a bit of a late start on dying eggs this year.  Kabree took it very serious and was very neat and careful as she did each egg.  Keagan was fascinated by all of it and was wild and messy with each egg!  Keagan was full of lots of "ohs and aaaahhhhh's".  Both girls had a lot of fun and only minimal skin and objects other than eggs were dyed : ).

    Matt and Heather hosted an Easter party for everyone!  It was great!  They filled and hid over 400 eggs all around their yard and let the kids go wild!  They even hid "Golden Eggs" for the adults; which Whitney found one and gave to Kabree.  Kabree had been asking for a "Huge" chocolate bunny so she was over the moon when she got one.  The girls had so much fun finding Easter eggs and playing with all the kids.  We all had so much fun, enjoying good food and good company.  Thank you Matt and Heather for hosting and we can't wait until next year!

    After Matt and Heathers Easter party we headed over to Grandpa Gary and Grandma Sally's for their Easter egg hung!  The girls had so much fun hunting eggs and playing with more cousins!  We even got to see Paisley and Therin!!!  After the Easter egg hunt the big girls; Kabree, Lynden and Paisley played on Grandmas bounce house and enjoyed the nice warm weather.  Keagan decided she wanted to play in the dirt for awhile!  The kiddos got spoiled as always by Grandpa and Grandma and it was great to see everyone!  We are so blessed to live close  to both sides of the family that we get to see them both for holidays!
