    Time is flying with Keagan in the house, she is such a cutie and keeps us on our toes for sure!  She is sitting up on her own pretty good but falls over the second you talk to her our she smiles : ).  Keagan is grabbing everything she can reach out and touch and is so curious about everything she see's.  She is so much fun and still such a happy little girl despite all of our ear infections.  We love you Keagan and hope you keep your bubbly personality!

    We have been super lucky and got to spend everyday and almost every night this past week hanging out with our Sissy.  We decided to end Heather's crazy week off for unpacking and organizing her new house by taking some time in the hot tub.  Kabree has asked Heather everyday since last Friday (the day they moved in) if she can "get in her big tub" : ).  The kids were so excited they could hardly stand it, I won't lie I have been waiting all week for the time in the "big tub" myself.  My Mom and Whitney came over to hang out too, yes I did share some of my Sissy time with others : ).  Kabree was a bit wild and kept trying to dive and jump into the middle but we all survived and felt much more relaxed in the end, thanks Aunt Sissy for the fun week and a super fun ending!

    Learning the letter E has been Exciting!  We colored our letter E coloring pages, made an Elephant out of the letter E and learned a song about an Elephant named Eddie.  We read books about Eggs and watched a movie about an Elephant named "Dumbo".  We did lots of Experiments, and ate lots of Eggs.  We Exercised and made colorful Eruptions.   We got to Eat lot's of yummy foods.  We talked about facial Expressions and learned what animals come from Eggs.  We pretended to be Elephants and basically just Enjoyed ourselves. We can't wait to see what Fun things we will do while learning the letter F!

Keagan's 5 Months

    Keagan is the big 5 months today!  Time is seriously flying like crazy!  This little miss is eating rice baby cereal; that's all for now, and loving it!  The second you set her down she is rolling over onto her tummy and kicking like crazy.  When you hold her she kicks like crazy too.  We drool a lot as of late so we are thinking some teeth might be coming soon.  Keagan is a very happy little girl and smiles all the time showing off those cute little dimples of hers.  We still have almost all of our hair, just a bit thinner in back : ).  She still loves bath time and starts to get fussy when it comes to that time of night, then the second she hears the tub she starts kicking her little feet and cooing.  She loves to coo and laugh...even at 3 a.m. much to her parents dismay.  That's right, still not a great sleeper but she's so happy during the day we will keep her.  Life is pretty great with our little Keagers in it, we love you Keagan!

Game and story time!

    Last weekend we got to hang out with Larin and Jessica's kids while they went to the temple.  We had lots of fun and Kabree was in heaven.  I found punch balloons 3 for $1 at the dollar store and who knew that Kabree and Wyatt would LOVE them so much!  Poor Mattie's lasted about 2 minutes before she ran a hundred miles an hour and tripped and crazy enough the second her balloon grazed the lawn it popped.  Mattie being the awesome trooper she is says "It's ok, I don't care" and continued to run with the others.  Then Kooper being the great big brother he is "You can have mine Mattie, here" as he makes one last trick in the air as to his horror he trips and leaps to save his balloon but before he can catch it, it too hit the grass and popped.  So we get out the spare balloon and they decided to share, which we couldn't stop laughing when after 2 minutes of playing with that one it had a small hole in it.  They both were such good sports and just laughed about it.  Morgan was so afraid that his balloon would pop too he ran his inside and said he was going to save his : ).  

    After our balloon fun we headed inside for games and stories.  The kids helped me make dinner, cookies and of coarse kool-aid and then we all enjoyed a movie after lunch.  We were going to make volcano's as per Kooper's memory of a great day we had years ago when I was the super cool aunt and did major craft and game days multiple times a year; oh the life of a much younger, kidless aunt lol.  We once made volcano's out of clay, baked them, painted them and then erupted them, it was pretty dang fun but  unfortunately timing and life had other plans Saturday.  Larin and Jessica came home a bit earlier then I had anticipated and Zach worked a bit later than I had anticipated, plus that was the fun night we had to hurry Keagan into the doctor.  Anyways, we had so much fun together and it made me miss the old days of us spending tons of time playing together.  I love you guys and can't wait until we can hang out again! 

First Day of Preschool

    Today was a very big first...our first day of preschool!  Kabree and Justice have asked a lot of questions "Are you leaving us?  Will you come get us?  Is it at someones house?" but come today they were just plain excited!  They were even more excited when we got to their teachers house!  Pick up was a bit rough...Kabree did not want to go home, she had too much fun and wanted to stay at preschool with Miss Shelley.  After help from my friend; one of Kabree's favorite people, Ad we got everyone loaded in the car and back home.  Kabree and Justice were both very excited to tell me all about their first day of preschool and all the new people the met and they both cannot wait until Thursday!

Keagan First's

    We fed Keagan rice baby cereal Thursday for the first time!  She loved it!  She got pretty excited and couldn't get enough of it, in fact we had to keep her excitement contained a bit because she kept getting so excited and shoving her hands in her mouth and then getting cereal everywhere : )!  This was a fun first and we can't wait  to introduce other foods to our good little eater.

    Our other first this week was not a fun one.  Keagan got her first ear infection; actually double ear infection, this weekend.  She had been acting fussy, not sleeping or napping, not wanting to eat.  That's why we tried the rice baby cereal, we thought that she wasn't getting enough with just formula.  But come Saturday her little eyes were watering, she was still off and by the night she just screamed.  We were super lucky the immediate care in our town stays open until midnight so we got to take a trip there instead of the ER and they were super quick and found out the problem right away.  Just one day into the medicine and we are already seeing improvement.  So even though this was not a fun first we are grateful we are on the mend.
