Cupcake Wars!

Whitney and I had the funnest night at our wards relief society cupcake wars!  We even won the prizes for the make your own design portion!

Mother's Day Weekend

I had such a great Mothers Day weekend.  It was an INSANE week for both Zach and I and a good weekend is just what the Doctor ordered.  After school on Friday the girls and I drove to Arbon for a quick visit; we actually were planning on spending the night but Zach got off work by 8 and we hadn't seen him all week so we hurried home to see him.  Heather and I spent Saturday with our Mom at the soccer field, running errands together and The Mandarin House.  Zach and I ended the night watching movies.  Thanks to two very cute girls my Sunday was perfect!  I woke up to the cutest cards and pictures and Kabree had made me a owl necklace!  She was so proud and I LOVE it!  Then I was surprised with the breakfast of champions by Zach, Pop tarts, Vanilla Pepsi, and Florence's Chocolates!  Then we came home to Totino's Pizza for lunch and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for dinner.  Seriously I love my little family and words could never express how I feel about them!  They drive me crazy and make me looney but I love them to the moon and back and wouldn't trade my life for anything!!!

I can't forget my fur baby!
When I was sick a couple weeks ago this baby laid her head by me the entire time,
the bed, the couch, she loves her snuggles!

Officially Toothless

We spoke too soon before!!!  Kabree was soooo excited to lose her second top tooth!  She is over the moon to have no front teeth and loves proudly smiling and sticking her tongue out through the hole : )!

Libby's Senior Prom

Where has the time gone!?!  It feels like just yesterday Liberty was 4 years old and I was curling her hair for her princess Halloween costume; which by the way she burst into tears the moment we were done because she decided she didn't want her hair curly.  Now here we are with a 18 year old beautiful, smart, athletic woman!  Libby played soccer all day, rushed home from Twin Falls, showered and went off to the dance.

Kabree lost her first tooth on her own!  It was hanging on by a thread when she decided to let Zach look at it, he literally barely touched it with a napkin and it came right out!  She started crying because she said she was scared for him to pull it, when we informed her it was already out she looked in the mirror and started laughing!  She has looked in the mirror at least a zillion times since, smiling and sticking her tongue in the hole.   She is enthusiastically wiggling her other front tooth because she thinks it would be pretty great to have both front teeth missing at the same time : )!

Run, run, run as fast as you can...

Kabree's school had their annual Panther Fun Run!  Kabree was so excited leading up to it!  I was super sick the week before so Kabree was a bit worried she would catch it and made me promise if she didn't feel 100%  Thursday I would let her stay home to rest up for Friday : ).  Luckily she was 100% and we didn't need to worry.  It was a bit rainy, but it made it perfect for the kids to run.  Kabree LOVED it!!!

She was seriously so excited, she kept hopping up and down

 Almost to the finish line

Zach was able to make a quick trip over long enough to watch Kabree run

Ok I just have to say without going into too much detail that we have the best people in our lives. I was super sick the week before and Zach and Heather both juggled their work schedules to run kids to and from school, soccer and dance.  I had multiple texts and calls from my Young Women as well as the other leaders.  Other Moms willing to pick up, run kids around and have play dates.  Then the next week when there was not nice things being said I discovered my friends really do have my back.  Again phone calls, texts and standing up for me and my girls, them being more defensive then I was.  Just when I was feeling overwhelmed with stress and negativity I was overwhelmed with friendship and the blessing of knowing these amazing women stand beside me and go above and beyond to help and defend not just me but my beautiful girls!  I'm truly so grateful for where I live, work and go to church, I'm surrounded by the best people!!!!
