Thanksgiving

We had the best Thanksgiving this year!!!  We had a double Thanksgiving, we got to spend it with the Wards and the Tarbets!
First up was Matt and Heathers house for the Ward Family Thanksgiving.  The kids LOVED that Grandpa Vance literally played Monopoly with them for 4 hours!!!  The food was great and even better Heather made a ham (Zach and I are not turkey lovers so we were secretly dreading two turkey dinners).  It was a pretty quite Thanksgiving for the Ward family but it was great.  Seriously, the morning could not have went any worse for me; I was having the worse hair day (I mean I know that is not the end of the world but we all want to look nice for family get togethers and it just wasn't happening), I promptly upon arriving spilled shrimp juice all over my sweater and everything that could go wrong with my banana pie literally did!!!  The back of our suburban ended up with the 1st attempts filling and when I went to grab my crust and pour the 2nd attempts filling in I caught a very cute little friend licking the inside of it ; ).  So we had cream pie filling in a cup!!!  But the rest of the day went up from there.

Second house of the day Grandpa Gary's and Grandma Sally's for the Tarbet Thanksgiving.  Skylar and Megan drove all day but you would never have known because their kiddos were just as happy as could be.  The kids had so much fun playing together and seriously laughed and giggled the whole night.  Dinner was of coarse yummy and but seriously us adults visited and laughed just as hard as the kids did.  Such a perfect way to end Thanksgiving!!!
