Remodel

 Our plan when we moved to Arbon was always to move into Larin's old house. But a week before we moved from Chubbuck the water heater broke and filled the basement with 6-8 feet of water.  Then when we decided we would stay another year and were making plans to move in, the pipes froze and flooded the kitchen/bathroom area.  Prior to the pipes freezing the house was in great shape besides needing a good cleaning because no one had lived in it for so long :(.  

  Zach did great doing most of the work himself and Eric, Shawn, Larin and Morgan (holding cupboards up while he screwed them in, hauling things in and out of the house, I'm sure lots of things I don't know about!) were great to help when he needed it.  Monte Evans put in a new water heater, furnace and AC unit.  Kade Lusk came and helped with the bathroom.  The girls, Heather, Hanna and Justice helped me paint.

My favorite part of the "remodel" was seeing the log cabin logs of the house 

when Zach had to cut into the wall behind the tub 

Kabree had to crawl under the house to run an electrical line for the new furnace.

But it didn't end up working ;( so she ended up just putting the plastic down for the bathroom.

So it wasn't a complete waste at least.
