Christmas Eve

We had the funnest Christmas Eve yet!!!  We spent time with both families, played with cousins, ate yummy food, told the Christmas story and sang Christmas carols!  Who could ask for anything more?

Grandpa Gary's and Grandma Sally's
We headed up to Gary and Sally's at noon.  The girls LOVED playing with Skylar and Meagans kiddos while us Mommy's helped Grandma finish up her wrapping!
Sean, Kira and their kiddos came up and brought pizza.  The kids had so much fun playing together!  They got pretty excited when it was time for presents too!

Grandma Sally made each of the girls skirts
and she made Kabrees Zebra print, her favorite!!!
Grandpa Gary and Grandma Sally spoiled the 4 girls with Frozen galore!!!  Elsa pj's, Elsa and Anna costumes and Frozen microphones!!!  Needless to say their was 4 VERY excited girls and lots of squealing going on!!!!

We had so much fun with Zach's family!  The kids played great together and loved everything they got!!!  Paisley made the night by squealing at every present opened, even the ones the boys opened.  She was so excited!!!  We are so grateful we were able to spend the day/afternoon with everyone especially Skylar and Meagan before their big move.  We love them and their kids so much and are sad they are leaving but excited for them to start a new adventure.

Grandpa Vance's and Grandma JoAnn's
We picked up Chinese food on our way out of town to take to Arbon.  It was a super fun and yummy Christmas Eve dinner!  The girls thought it was great and loved the sparkling cider and chopsticks too!
As always we let the girls open up their Christmas pj's before a quick bath and on to the rest of our Christmas Eve traditions.

Kabree telling the Christmas story
We have been working really hard on remembering the true reason we celebrate Christmas and as always we did the Nativity story.  This year we had Kabree tell it and she did Great!!!  After the Nativity story we sang Christmas carols.  Kabree said her favorite was Silent Night and Keagans was Jingle Bells.

 Ready for some Christmas games
 Don't eat Rudolph

Keagan LOVES this game

Larin, Jessica and the kids all came over for a quick visit.  We played a few rounds of Duck, Duck, Goose, Don't Eat Rudolf and we tracked where Santa was!
 Setting cookies out for Santa!!!

We had such a family, fun filled Christmas Eve we couldn't have asked for a better one!!!  The girls LOVED that they got to play with so many cousins and that they got to see both sets of Grandparents!  Needless to say it was hard to fall asleep with all the excitement of the day and the anticipation of Santa coming!
