Still smiling even with cotton balls taped to her ears

Poor Keagan has finished round 3 of antibiotics and is still not sleeping at night and still fussy : (. She is such a good little girl and will still smile for us but you can tell she is miserable still. This Mommy is ready for some sleep and a healthy baby. So hopefully next week at our doctors appointment we will find a solution. But I love this little Miss so much and her beautiful smile that always shines through.
