    Keagan is getting more and more personality everyday.  She loves her bumbo and loves her big sister Kabree to talk to her and read to her.  I couldn't help but share these cute photos of her and those big brown eyes!

    It's that time of year for yummy homemade ice cream, otter pops and lots and lots of fun in the water.  We pretty much spend everyday doing some sort of water activity, yes Zach and I often join in especially the days Kabree doesn't have any cousins over.  Most afternoons the girls and I can be found in the back yard, Kabree in the pool and me in a chair with my feet in the pool holding Keagan's little feet in the pool too.  We are loving all this summer fun and just trying to stay cool!

    Everyday Keagan is getting more and more generous with her smiles and we are loving it!  She is still growing like a little weed and those checks just beg to be kissed.  Oh, we love this little cutie so much!

Kabree got a bike!

    Kabree got a new pink, Barbie bike last week!  We had talked about getting a bike for the last 2 weeks and her Aunt Sissy even took her to Wal-Mart to check them out but the one she wanted "A pink, princess, with a bike for my Barbie!" wasn't in stock so we had to go home and order it.  Well when it came in Daddy stayed up a few hours later and put it all together.  Kabree had been telling everyone she could for the last 2 weeks about her pretty bike but it was even better once she could ride it.  Kab still struggles a bit but she's getting the hang of it and she sure feels lucky to have her Aunt Sissy.

    For Heather's birthday this year we decided to head to Troy and Wendy's but Troy was out of town so really we just went to see Wendy : ).  First stop the Snow Cone Shack to see Whit and get some yummy treats.  The kids were so excited because they got their cool treat and they took turns pretending to be customers and Snow Cone workers.  Next we went out to a very delicious meal that while I was taking kids to the bathroom the Birthday girl so rudely paid for (cheap shot Heather seriously).  Then we headed back to the house for more birthday fun.  Kabree was so excited because she had picked out these tiny little crowns for Heather's gift.  Heather did wear her's most of the day : ) and the kids all wore theirs the whole trip.  Heather got the kids water beads, which they thought was the coolest thing ever and man do they bounce and roll if you spill them.  I got one picture of the water beads do to an unfortunate incident involving a war between me and the stairs up to the deck, seriously have no idea what the crap happened I just know one minute I'm walking the next I'm face down on the stairs and messed up my toe nails : (.  Then we did a pinata!  The kids had been anxiously awaiting the activity all day and each got several swings at it before we let the Birthday Girl have at it.  Once Heather busted it open Hanna and Justice were diving for candy and laughing, Kabree was screaming and chasing Heather hitting her "Heather you broke it, you're rude, you broke it, Heather you broke it!"  Well we all started laughing our heads off which just turned Kabree to near tears as she gathered up the pieces and starts yelling in the saddest near crying voice "guys come help me fix it, please come help me fix it".  Finally Heather got it explained to her that the point of the pinata was to break it open to get the candy inside, well then she thought it was cool again and started grabbing candy.  Saturday afternoon on our way out the door she saw the pinata again and sadly said "look Mom we need to fix it".  So I'm pretty much glad I didn't get her one for her birthday and might have to wait a year or two before attempting one again.  It was a great weekend and so glad I got to spend it with the Birthday Girl!

    Keagan is 3 month's old today, wow has time flown by way too fast!  On Tuesday Keagan weighed in at 12 lbs 4 oz and 22 inches.  She is eating 5 oz every 4 hours and downs it like she is starving : ).  She is sleeping from 8:30-9:00 pm to 3:30-4:00 am and we will take it.  If she sleeps good during the day then she will eat at 4:00 am and go back to sleep until 8:00 am if she doesn't get good naps then she is up for the day at 4:00 am, so basically naps are pretty important in this household.  She desperately wants her fingers in her mouth and she tries for the thumb or the two in the middle (just like cousin Eric did : ).  Keagan loves to be talked too and to coo back.  She loves her big sister Kabree and starts kicking her feet in excitement when Kabree talks to her.  Keagan is a snuggle bug, if she is being held she is happy, she tolerates the bumbo for about 10 minutes if Kabree and me are both right there, the bouncer she will chill in for about 10-15 min before nap time, but other than that she wants to be held.  She is Grandma JoAnn's girl through and through, I think she likes her even more then me some days.  She could be screaming her head off and the second Grandma picks her up and whispers in her ear she calms right down, she never cries when my Mom has her.  Truth be told I think Grandma kind of likes that she is Keagens favorite : ).  Keagen's nick names this month are Keager's, Miss Muffet, and Sister (not to be confused with Aunt Sissy : ).

    Keagan is such a blessing in our lives she has the sweetest, quietest spirit about her.  We love you more than you will every know Keager's, we are so lucky that God brought you into our lives!

    Keagan or better known in our house as Keagers is growing so fast, she is so much fun and we are loving every single minute of it.  Yes, even the still sleepless nights!

Playing Cooties

   Letter C was a Cool letter to learn, we did our letter C coloring page, made a Caterpillar out of a letter C and we learned a C song about a Cat that wore a Cap and road a Cow to California and back.  We made art out of Cotton balls, we played with toy Cars while we watched the movie Cars.  We Cleaned some dishes and then Cleaned up our mess.  We read about Caterpillar's and watched some on Youtube.  We Cooked a Cake for a yummy treat.  We ate Carrots, Chicken nuggets, Crackers and Cheese.  To beat the heat we Cooled off with Cold treats.  We played the game Cooties and pretended to Camp for which we made a Camp list and that just might have been my favorite part.  We can't wait to see what fun things we will do while learning the letter D!
