After Keagan's Baptism the girls decided it was the perfect opportunity for them to play in the water. The water fun only lasted about 15 minutes but they were pretty excited they got to do it ;)

Baptism Day
Keagan's baptism went great! Keagan is very loved, we are so blessed to have such amazing family and friends and were so grateful they spent their day with us even if it was from afar.
Keagan's baptism was very unique for a couple reasons. We got special permission from the area 70 to have her baptism performed at home and via WebEx meet. Ironically a couple days after we got our approval the Church came out and let all members know this (live streaming) was going to be how baptism will be done during this challenging time of Covid. It was kind of exciting that Keagan was one of the first ones in our area and we were asked to take notes and share so that others can know what things worked or could be done better. We were also given special permission to have Keagan's baptism done at home because of Grandpa Vance's heart health issues plus the high risk of Covid. They felt outside would be safer for germs than in a church building.
Bishop Hayden also had a special gift for Keagan. He had visited the Jordan River and had brought back a bottle of its water. (He boiled and filtered it so it was safe ;) He gave some to Keagan to put into her baptismal fount, this made Keagan feel so special and really made her ponder on how she was following Jesus example and taking upon her his name.
Because of everything we weren't able to have a party or luncheon so we sent everyone home with sack lunches.

I wish we would have got a picture of all the people that were on

Happy Birthday Keagan
Keagan had a very unique birthday this year! She shared her birthday with Easter and it was a little tricky with social distancing (tired of hearing that line yet ;) but everyone was AMAZING sports about it for our Kiki and it made her day awesome!
Who knows what time Keagan woke up this year, I was dead to the world until 7:30 A.M. and she was very excited to get up and run through her streamers! As you can tell from the pictures she was very excited about all of her gifts and couldn't wait to start using them!
I know I say it every year but life really is funner with Keagan in it! She radiates excitement, pretty much all the time! We sure love our beautiful, spunky Kiki and the world is better with her in it!

Larin, Mattie, Morgan and Kooper all came over and sat outside on the patio in the freezing cold so they could sing "Happy Birthday" and have cake and ice cream with us
Keagan was great sport waving out her candles instead of blowing them out
