Resurrection Rolls

 "But there is a resurrection, therefore the grave hath no victory,

and the sting of death is swallowed up in Christ..."

Mosiah 16:18

 We did our annual Resurrection Rolls family home evening.  I love hearing how much the girls remember as well as their thoughts and feelings about our Savior, his atonement and ressucection.  

Kabree - I know that Jesus loves me because he was the only one willing to die for us and give God the glory.

Keagan - I know Jesus loves me because he suffered for us at the tree.  He made it so we could be happy.

Saint Patrick's Day

  This year the girls woke up to a fun surprise from a friendly Leprechaun, a scavenger hunt!  He left them their favorite green treats of sour cream and onion chips, watermelon gum, skittles and glow sticks!

Cupcake Wars

  My Young Women have been stretching my creativity lately!  They asked for Cupcake Wars this week and it was a blast!  The girls were so excited for this activity because I promised them I would make extra so they could do it too.  They thought it was pretty great to use some of my cake decorating tips!  They used the Lorax movie as their inspiration lol.

March Book Reports

  March's book report theme is Animals so Kabree was pretty excited and jumped right on it the first chance she got.  She read her books out loud to Keagan so that Keagan could count them on her reading chart too!  So when it was time for Kabree to do her projects Keagan wanted to join in when she could.
