Early Morning Showing of Frozen

    Since Thanksgiving weekend and seeing Frozen in theaters our girls have been anxiously awaiting its release on DVD.  It couldn't have came out a more perfect day!  These girls have the best Dad ever who decided to take a midnight study break and run to Wal-Mart and grab the DVD.  Much to Mommys luck who was up for 3 hours with a very upset Keagan.  So the girls got to eat blueberry eggos while watching Frozen this morning while Mommy got ready and cleaned for the day.  As you can see they were great with that arrangement!

Sing Your Heart Out!

    Keagan is obsessed with Barbie and everything Barbie related!  Keagan also loves music, singing or dancing to it.  So as you can imagine one of her favorite movies right now is Barbie The Princess and The Popstar!  She gets very excited during the songs and tries to copy their movements, while singing at the top of her lungs!  We think it's pretty stinking cute!!!

Cheetah Boots!

  We took Kabree shopping for some cowgirl boots and WOW, she had fun!  It took some convincing to Dad but Kabree got the ones she wanted.  Kabree is very excited about her new Cheetah boots and cannot wait to "wear them every single day!"

    We went cowgirl boot shopping for Kabree, while Kabree was trying on a few pairs Zach started showing Keagan some in her size and letting her try them on.  She really could have cared less until the lady that worked there opened  up a pair of pink, sparkly boots.  Keagan immediately jumped up, got very excited and started yelling "Barbie, boots, boots, Barbie!"  She put them on and started jumping up and down and yelling "Barbie, Barbie!", then when we went to take them off she started yelling "no, no, my boots, my boots!" and running away from us.  The lady asked her "Do you love those boots?", Keagan smiles and points to them "Barbie boots, my boots!".  So as you can see we caved and she got the "Barbie boots" and has worn them every waking moment since!

Tea Party

    Kabree was soooo excited to have Aunt Suzanne and Grandma JoAnn come over for a tea party!  All day she kept saying "What time is it?  We need to hurry home for my tea part!".  She knew exactly what she wanted at the store that morning.  She even helped get everything ready and set out.  She was a great hostess and LOVED serving everyone their lemonade and cookies!  She was even great at keeping up the conversation and even made plans for their next tea party!  She is such a lucky girl to have such great people in her lives!

    It has been a rough go of saying good bye to our binkies!  Keagan has not been sleeping great without it and we had went a good 3 weeks without it when she found one!!!  We could hear her in our bedroom laughing and saying "binkie, binkie!".  She knew she shouldn't have it cause she tried to run when she saw us coming!  There was a minute or two of tears, but don't worry she quickly forgot and when on to something else.  However, she has started asking "binkie?!" again : (.

Play Date at The Community Center

    We had one of the funnest play dates last week!  We are so lucky that Mommies good friend Katy is Kabree's good friend Max's Mommy : ).  Keagan and Mitch are starting to play together too so it makes for a great fit!  Katy invited us to come to their town and visit their Community Center and we had a blast!  There was so much to do and more than enough room for the kids to run wild!  Plus we were the only ones there the whole 2 hours we were there.  We had so much fun and cannot wait to do it again!

    Kabree had her first dance competition this last weekend.  It made for an early morning having to be dressed, hair and make up done and there by 8:30 but we did it and with smiles I might add : )!  Kabree loves dance, all of her little friends and her teacher.  We have had so much fun doing this and the competition made us hooked!  Well lets rephrase that, made Kabree and Mommy hooked, Daddy and Keagan...not so much!  Kabree did so good, we are so proud of her and how much she is learning from Ms. Jill.  We LOVED her costumes; especially her 2nd one, and everyone that passed us told us they were the cutest costumes there (thank you Ms. Jill for picking them : ).  Hanna also got to compete Saturday so it was fun to get to watch her and spend the day with Matt, Heather, Justice and Grandma JoAnn.  Both girls did great, no trophy but we had a blast!!!!

    Keagan LOVES to wear everyone's shoes and she LOVES pushing her baby stroller around!  Everyday you will catcher her sporting someone else's shoes and cruising around the house...usually she has her baby in there jabbering away to her!  We sure love this cute, sassy little Miss!

Practice, Practice, Practice

    Kabree's dance teacher let us video her during class so that Kabree could practice her dance at home.  Kabree was great about practicing and Keagan thought it was great too!  Keagan would jump in and try to follow along.

Big Girl Beds!

    Kabree and Keagan got bigger beds!  Kabree was so excited she got to pick out her own bedding at Wal Mart which made it even better.  She loved her new bed so much for the first week she kept saying "I think I'm going to go lay down on my bed".  Needless to say we have played, laid and jumped lots on the new bed.  Keagan got upgraded too!  Keagan moved up to the toddler bed which....she was not very happy about!  She LOVES playing on Kabree new bed but is not sold on her new bed yet.  She does however love that Kabree and her can hold hands through the railings of her bed : ).
