Miss Kabree Lee

    We cannot believe Kabree Lee is 4 years old!  Man has time flown!  Kabree has brought us more joy then we ever could have imagined, she is so smart and makes us laugh every single day.  Some of Kabree's favorite things right now are:

    Make believe (she loves to pretend to be the damsel in distress)

    Some of our favorite things about Kabree is she will say "oh nuts!".  She is a great big sister to Keagan always watching out for her.  She is very good at doing her chores.  Kabree is a great little singer and dancer and loves to perform.  She is so smart and gives the best bear hugs ever!  We couldn't ask for a funnier, spunkier, fuller of personality little girl if we tried...We Love You Kabree Lee!

    Kabree has anxiously been awaiting her birthday for the last 4 months.  She was VERY excited to see streamers hanging from her door frame.  She then asked; if where it was her birthday, she could have chocolate milk in our bedroom while she watched "My Little Ponies".  On Sunday she had requested Fruit Loops as her birthday breakfast and Aunt Heather was kind enough to give her a whole bag.  After that it was off to Wal-Mart to pick out birthday cupcakes, which she picked ones with My Little Pony rings on them.  Then it was back home to play her new cupcake game and watch more My Little Ponies.

    Kabree has been waiting what seemed like an eternity to open her birthday package she got in the mail last week from her Birth-Great-Grandparents.  She was very excited to see what she got and wouldn't take the crown off the rest of the night.

    We are very fortunate that most of Kabree's birth family lives near enough to us that they could come join us on her birthday.  I spaced it and didn't take many pictures (my brain has temporarily left me as of late).  Kabree was overly excited it being her birthday and having all the attention.  Colton was great and ran and played with her most of the time, which Kabree loved.  Kabree was very excited to serve everyone their cupcake and ice cream and liked that they all said they would take her favorite flavor of ice cream (raspberry sherbet).  It was so good to have them here.  We feel so grateful to have Kabree's birth-family in our lives and love hearing about what traits she gets from them.

    We got to have Kabree and Keagan's birthday parties Sunday.  Heather and Matt were nice enough to let us have the party at their house in their back yard.  Again Jane was so sweet and made the cakes, cupcakes and cute little labels to go on the drinks.  The girls loved their cakes!  Kabree was so excited for her My Little Pony cake she was jumping all over the place saying she loved it!  Zach grilled some hot dogs and everyone brought yummy salads to share.  It was so nice to have family there to help celebrate the girls big day!  The wind was blowing a little too hard for candles so we pretended to blow them out then on to the yummy cake!  Keagan was not sure what to think about her cake but she knew she didn't want anyone else to touch it lol.  She was pretty ticked when Heather broke the head off to show her their was cake inside.  Then it was on to gifts, which they both got very spoiled and got all kinds of fun things.  The sweetest by far was from Hanna to Kabree.  Kabree has borrowed a certain pair of pj's a couple time before and keeps saying how she cannot wait until they are too small for Hanna so she "can keep them forever".  Well Hanna gave those pj's to Kabree along with a flower that she cut from their flower beds : ), needless to say Kabree loved it!

    We feel so blessed to have these two amazing girls in our lives and all the joy they bring us.  We also feel so grateful that we have family close enough to come and share in special days with us.
