Kabree's last HOCO dance and Keagan's first! There is going to be lots of those this year! Both girls looked beautiful! Keagan met up with her friends at the dance. Kabree got to go with her bestie Kaylee and to make it even more fun Justice asked Kaylee and Justice friend Gyn took Kabree. For their day date they went to Outer Limits and had dinner at Buddy's. Both girls said it was so fun to have Justice at the dance, he is definitely like them and likes to have fun!
It was a whirlwind of a week full of dress up days, the powder puff game, the bonfire, the volleyball game, Throwback Thursday (parents go to school with their kids), the parade, the football game and the dance. All of it being Kabree's last and Keagan's first. It was a super busy week but lots of fun ending with the Seniors winning homecoming week and the Freshmen coming in a close second! Kabree was excited and relieved because her grade has won homecoming week every year! Keagan was a bit disappointed but said she isn't worried about the next 3 years, they have them in the bag now ;).
Powder Puff
Kabree played great, had a ton of fun and was exhausted by the end because she ended up in the entire game. However, the Seniors came up short and did not win. Kabree was super disappointed bc she had been practicing her kicks; landing them every time, but never got a chance to kick in the game.
Dress Up Days
We only got pictures of one of the days because the girls were running out the door all the other days ;). So aliens vs astronauts was the only picture we got.
Throwback Thursday
Zach and I both went to throwback Thursday and we each spent half the day with each girl. It was fun to get to see some of their friends and meet some of their teachers. We then went to lunch the 4 of us before the girls had to hurry off to the parade.
Parade
Kabree decided to do the volleyball float for the first time this year instead of cheer. I was a little sad to not have both girls together. But she said she had fun throwing shirts to people. Keagan had fun on the cheer float because when they had breaks they got to jump on the truck bed ;).
Football game
Kabree's last Homecoming football game and Keagan's first! The senior girls were a bit emotional thinking about it being their last! The cheerleaders had a little tailgate party before the game and all the seniors got roses from the coach. The game was a great game to watch and the Beavers took the win!
