Cross Country Skiing

   Arbon got to have their first field trip of the school year!  They got to go to the Nordic Center.  The Big room plus the 3rd graders did cross country skiing and the rest of the Little room did snow shoeing and sledding.  Zach was able to take the day off so we both got to join them for the day!  Both girls did great but both agreed they like down hill skiing best ;).

Valentines Day

  I can't believe it's Kabree's last year to make Valentines for school, it makes me so sad!  As always we have lots of fun planning and making the boxes and cards.  Keagan went with a sequin them this year and Kabree went with a Harry Potter theme. The girls had a blast at their school Valentines party.  They got to dip food in chocolate and play fun games.

  For Valentines dinner this year we had Olive Garden alfredo, jello cups, and heart sugar cookies.  I got flowers and cards from Zach and the girls and I gave them mini photo books this year.

I Love To See The Temple

   I got to go through the temple with one of my favorite people.  Karli is getting ready to go on her mission and invited me to go through the temple with her.  We have missed the Snyders so much and it was so nice to be able to be inside the temple again!  After the temple we went to Johnny Carino's and got to catch up with the extended Snyder family.  

Taylor's Birthday Party

   Taylor Evans had a birthday party at Deleta and invited the 3rd grade girls.  Keagan was so excited to go hang out with her friends!  She had so much fun!  She was pretty sore after and had a few bruises from all the falling but she said it was worth it ;).

Snow Days

   One of the fun adventures of Arbon is the driving in the snow storms.  The girls rode home with Jessica one Friday after school and instead of the usual 10 minutes to get home ended up taking about 2 hours!  They made it to about Andersen's lane when the road was completely plugged!  Jessica had to wait for Larin and Bill (in the snow plow) to come and open the road for her to get the rest of the way home.  It took them over an hour to open that small stretch of road!  The girls were so excited to have a story to tell!!  They  weren't scared considering they could see Larin and Bill working away to rescue them and that they were in a warm car with aunt Jessica playing games on her cell phone ;).   They did think they might starve though haha!

100th Day Of School

   Keagan LOVES dress up days!!  She was super excited to dress up for the 100th day of school and couldn't wait to use the hair spray dye aunt Jessica got!  It doesn't show through well in pictures at all but it actually worked really well!
