Steam Punk

Soccer got rained out so we decided to take a run to Idaho Falls to see if we could find some clothes for family pictures.  Heather, Hanna and Justice came too.  Finding clothes for pictures turned out to be a little harder than we thought so our short trip ended up being an all day thing but we did enjoy some Chick Fi La and a visit to the Museum of Idaho.  The exhibit was Steam Punk.  It was pretty much all hands on so the kids loved it!  Hanna said it was her favorite thing ever!  I'm so grateful we had a day off from sports to enjoy some family time and I got to enjoy some Sissy time too!

Keagan's Field Trip

Keagan had her first field trip with Chubbuck Elementary.  They got to go to Ross Park Zoo, Brooklyn's playground and the Chubbuck Fire station. Keagan was so excited to ride the bus and that they didn't have to wear seat belts on it lol.  She was very excited to see a peacock as well as get a fireman hat too.  She said she had a great field trip and can't wait for next year when she gets to go on more!

Fun Run

The girls were so excited to participate in this years Chubbuck Elementary Fun Run.  We loved the new shirts they got this year!  Kabree came in 5th of the girls and was a little disappointed she didn't do better but she said she still had fun!  Keagan came in who knows what place, she was in it for the social ;).  Both girls did great!

Kabree's Piano Recital

Kabree had her Spring Piano Recital.  We have had another great year of piano.  She is loving piano and is great about practicing.  This recital each one played a church song as well as a movie song.  Kabree was so excited to play Lava and Count Your Many Blessing. She did great and it's so fun to watch her progress.

May Book Reports

May's book report theme was Fairy Tales.  Kabree decided to write a sequel for one book and to draw a picture of the main character for the 2nd one.  Kabree sure has enjoyed getting to be creative with her book reports this year.

Hard Goodbyes

This little cutie doesn't like to show emotion to others but has a super tender heart.  She was very excited to make and take her goodbye cards as well as pick out "a really cute last day outfit" lol.  She was all smiles that day right up until she got in the shower that night.  Then the tears came.  Keagan had her last day at Mother Goose.  We have had such an amazing experience, they really were the answer to many prayers.  Every single one of her teachers has been great, made her feel loved and wanted.  They made going back to work so much easier for me.  I felt like my family was safe and loved by all that worked there.  Not to mention how awesome they are at preschool, Keagan is a head of the game and we owe it all to them.  We will forever be grateful to Mother Goose and all of the fun memories both my girls (but especially our Keagan) has had there.

April Book Reports

Aprils book report theme was Non-fiction so Kabree of coarse picked animal books again ;).  She decided to draw a picture for her Leo The Leopard book and Paint pictures for her Butterfly book.
